Job Summary

Leading complex consulting engagements remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Campus Culture Change will drive campus culture transformation initiatives for colleges and universities, managing client relationships and developing strategic change methodologies.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale campus climate transformation initiatives from diagnostic through implementation
  • Own the client relationship, ensuring accountability for progress and outcomes throughout the project arc
  • Evolve the consulting model by developing new methodological tools and frameworks grounded in research and client insights
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in organizational change management with a focus on culture or climate initiatives
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple system-wide projects simultaneously
  • Advanced strategic thinking to navigate complex organizational challenges and design integrated solutions
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders
  • Advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD, or equivalent)
