Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Canada Partnerships & Channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of partner managers to achieve partner-sourced revenue targets in Canada
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners aligned to the go-to-market strategy
  • Manage key partner relationships and ensure alignment with sales leadership on revenue goals
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the enterprise software ecosystem
  • Experience leading high-performing partner teams with accountability for revenue targets
  • Proven track record of growing partner ecosystems and recruiting new partners
  • Deep understanding of direct and indirect routes to market
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; MBA is a plus
