Director of Capital Management

Job Summary

Providing strategic oversight for enterprise capital management, the full-time salaried Director of Capital Management will lead the development and execution of capital planning and investment strategies while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide Capital Management, Design, and Construction function, ensuring capital investments meet client needs and growth strategies
• Establish governance frameworks and project delivery standards to drive consistency and accountability across capital programs
• Oversee financial management of capital initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• Master's degree (MBA or related) preferred
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, DBIA, PE, RA, or LEED AP are highly desirable
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience managing enterprise capital programs or large-scale project portfolios
• Proven ability to manage portfolios exceeding $150M+ annually with executive-level financial accountability
