Key Responsibilities

• Expand funding capabilities and develop innovative capital strategies for HELOC originations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or investment banking in the residential mortgage or HELOC space
• Strong track record of driving funding strategies and executing complex transactions
• Exceptional relationship management skills with a history of cultivating strategic partnerships
• Comprehensive business acumen of the Home Lending business and knowledge of regulatory frameworks
• Experience in a fintech or fast-paced high-growth environment
