A company is looking for a Director of Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution and administration of complex financial transactions and collaborate with banking partners
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and prepare analysis for internal leaders
• Contribute to strategic initiatives including M&A and global expansion, and prepare materials for Board presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• 7+ years of experience in corporate, investment banking, or capital markets
• Experience executing financial transactions such as credit facilities and mortgage-secured loans
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with advanced proficiency in analytical and financial modeling
• Strong working knowledge of financing principles and loan documentation
