Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Capital Markets to lead project and corporate financings in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structuring and execution of various financing types, including debt and tax equity
• Manage the end-to-end transaction process, including securing financing partners and overseeing financial valuations
• Develop and maintain relationships with capital partners and monitor capital market trends

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in renewable project finance, infrastructure finance, or investment banking
• Strong understanding of M&A underwriting, structuring, and execution
• Experience in the renewable or energy storage industry is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or a related quantitative field
• Advanced knowledge of tax partnership rules and modeling methodologies
