Director of Capital Markets Strategy

Job Summary

Defining and executing Arc's capital markets ecosystem strategy, the full-time Director of Capital Markets Strategy will architect partnerships, influence product investments, and identify market opportunities to establish Arc as a leading blockchain network for institutional financial activity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and socialize a capital markets ecosystem strategy that aligns stakeholders around priority opportunities
• Design and structure innovative commercial partnerships and business models to unlock new on-chain capital markets activity
• Influence product roadmaps by translating market needs and ecosystem requirements into actionable priorities across product organizations

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or related strategic functions
• Proven ability to influence executive leaders and drive alignment across multiple organizations
• Experience building new business lines, ecosystem strategies, or network-driven growth initiatives
• Deep experience structuring complex enterprise partnerships and strategic alliances
• Strong systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to map value chains and create scalable growth strategies
