Job Summary
Leading the enterprise capital planning process, the full-time Director of Capital Planning will shape strategic initiatives, coordinate inputs from various teams, and prepare decision-ready materials for executive leadership while operating remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and coordination of the enterprise capital plan, consolidating inputs into a decision-ready capital outlook
- Drive portfolio-level analysis of capital timing, prioritization, and trade-offs to support disciplined investment decisions
- Prepare capital planning materials for executive leadership, clearly articulating changes, drivers, and implications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in capital planning, development finance, or related disciplines
- Experience supporting executive decision-making and governance processes in a capital-intensive environment
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including experience leading teams and influencing across organizations
