Director of Capture

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Capture to lead and execute enterprise-level capture strategy across Federal and Civilian government markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive capture strategy aligned with growth objectives
• Own capture efforts from early identification through proposal submission and award
• Drive successful positioning and acquisition of critical contract vehicles for long-term growth

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of progressive capture management experience within Federal and Civilian government markets
• Demonstrated success winning GWACs, BPAs, IDIQs, and competitive task orders
• Proven experience capturing contracts within companies in the $75M-$200M annual revenue range
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFAR regulations and Federal procurement processes
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
