Director of CAR T Operations

Job Summary

To support the commercialization of CAR T therapies, the full-time remote Director of CAR T Operations will develop and execute channel strategies, oversee third-party logistics partnerships, and lead specialty pharmacy strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel strategies balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance
• Serve as business owner for third-party logistics partnerships and distribution operations
• Oversee state licensing strategy, compliance requirements, and regulatory readiness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related fields
• Experience in developing channel strategies for specialty pharmaceuticals or complex therapies
• Strong understanding of gross-to-net (GTN) principles and channel economics
• Demonstrated ability to design channel solutions optimizing GTN performance
