Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Carbon Program Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and registration of agricultural soil carbon projects under voluntary carbon standards
• Ensure methodological rigor is integrated into systems, products, and growth strategy
• Shape the company's leadership position in the voluntary carbon market through engagement and representation

Required Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in carbon project development or methodologies
• Direct experience with registration of agricultural soil carbon projects in the voluntary carbon market
• Expertise with VCS ALM methodologies, particularly VM0042 and VM0032
• Strong knowledge of registry rules and project components
• Experience designing soil carbon sampling plans and engaging with validation and verification bodies
