Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Director of Cardiometabolic Marketing, responsible for driving strategy across the cardiometabolic suite, leading a team of product marketers, and shaping go-to-market processes for new product launches.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with product and commercial leadership for new cardiometabolic offerings
- Lead end-to-end product launches, ensuring clear positioning and messaging across the cardiometabolic suite
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of product marketers, establishing best practices and operational standards
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in Healthcare & Life Sciences
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing marketing teams
- Demonstrated expertise in product marketing, including buyer research, messaging, and go-to-market planning
- Proven ability to create high-quality marketing content and sales enablement materials
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
