Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of BHCMs, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in behavioral health or clinical operations, including team leadership
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and manage leaders effectively
• Strong operational and financial management skills, with a focus on performance frameworks
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with evolving infrastructure
• Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
