Director of Care Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Care Enablement to lead the development and oversight of care training and quality assurance across its markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of training and quality assurance programs for care teams
• Serve as the main contact between Care Enablement and other teams to ensure effective training execution
• Analyze data to identify training gaps and provide feedback for continuous improvement in care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading training programs for care teams, including familiarity with LMS and live training formats
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, managing teams and other managers
• Experience in quality assurance within healthcare delivery or care management settings
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and People teams
