Director of Care Experience

Job Summary

To enhance patient and staff engagement in sexual and reproductive health care, the full-time remote Director of Care Experience will develop and oversee programs that strengthen trust and loyalty while collaborating with various departments to integrate best practices and resources.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and dissemination of best practices to improve patient and staff trust and loyalty
• Facilitate the identification and scaling of initiatives related to patient experience and employee engagement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate outcomes and address disparities in health care experiences

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business administration, public health, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in non-profit management, health care consulting, or related services
• Preferred experience of at least 3 years working with a Planned Parenthood membership organization
• Advanced knowledge of patient experience and employee engagement strategies
• Strong public speaking and group facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
