Director of Care Navigation

Job Summary

To drive the enterprise strategy and vision for Care Navigation solutions, the full-time remote Director of Care Navigation will manage the product portfolio, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with market demands while enhancing care delivery and reducing healthcare costs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the care navigation product portfolio strategy, including vision, roadmap, and performance outcomes
• Provide strategic leadership for care navigation products, partnering with primary care to enhance the care experience
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop and promote innovative solutions, driving adoption and growth of services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of commercial product management experience
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing product teams and driving cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in a fast-growing company with a focus on healthcare product development
• Proven ability to drive portfolio-level strategy, including business case development and lifecycle management
• Experience with P&L ownership or influencing financial outcomes is preferred
