Director of Care Routing Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Preferred Networks & Care Routing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the enterprise care routing strategy and maintain preferred network frameworks
• Develop network intelligence capabilities and evaluate network adequacy to meet member needs
• Embed care routing workflows within operational teams and lead a small team for targeted care routing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare network management or value-based care environments
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams or enterprise-level initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred (e.g., MHA, MPH, MBA, MSN)
• Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma Black, PMP, or Agile certification
