Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Care Strategy & Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for care offerings, ensuring alignment with company mission and market dynamics
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of care products, from concept to performance evaluation and iteration
• Serve as a primary liaison across functions to effectively bring care products to fruition and ensure organizational alignment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, strategic program management, or service line development within healthcare
• Proven ability to translate high-level business strategy into actionable care strategies and roadmaps
• Exceptional data analysis and performance management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional initiatives in complex environments
• Deep expertise in product management principles within a healthcare context
