Job Summary
Leading strategic initiatives for graduate employment, the full-time remote Director of Career Services will oversee the Career Services team, drive collaboration with other departments, and enhance job placement outcomes for graduates.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve graduate employment goals aligned with institutional objectives
- Oversee training and performance of Career Services staff to build a high-performing team
- Partner with Corporate Alliance and Graduate Success teams to enhance placement outcomes and create job opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of experience in recruiting, career services, or employment assistance
- Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Strong computer literacy to navigate and utilize required technology
- Experience in leading teams or departments at a director level is preferred
