Director of Carrier Engagement

Job Summary

To enhance the company's carrier network, the full-time remote Director of Carrier Engagement will oversee payment operations, quality assurance, and carrier engagement while driving operational excellence and providing analytical insights during client and carrier meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Attend monthly Business Review and Carrier meetings to provide analytical insights and lead data-driven discussions
• Lead initiatives to strengthen partnerships with carriers and identify performance gaps for improvement
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of carrier issues while championing a high-quality experience across all touchpoints

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5 - 10+ years of experience in payment integrity operations, financial operations, or quality management
• Experience managing payment integrity operations processes and complex operational programs
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills
