Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Attend monthly Business Review meetings with clients and provide analytical data insights related to carrier engagement
• Lead initiatives to strengthen partnerships with carriers and identify performance gaps for cross-functional improvement
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of carrier issues while championing a consistent, high-quality experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5 - 10+ years of experience in payment integrity operations, financial operations, or quality management
• Experience managing payment integrity operations processes and complex operational programs
• Strong analytical skills and experience in process improvement
