Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily cash management operations, including bank reconciliation and payment resolution
• Implements best practices and policies for cash management through continuous improvement initiatives
• Develops and monitors departmental metrics to measure performance and addresses service delivery issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
• At least seven years of revenue cycle management experience in healthcare or health insurance
• At least four years of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Global service delivery reconciliation/posting experience required
