Director of Cash Management

Job Summary

Overseeing the implementation of strategic cash management functions, the full-time remote Director of Cash Management will manage daily operations, optimize best practices, and ensure effective reconciliation and resolution of payments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cash management operations, including bank reconciliation and payment resolution
• Implement and optimize best practices and standardized workflows for cash management through continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and monitor departmental metrics to measure performance and address productivity goals across service delivery centers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
• At least seven years of revenue cycle management experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
• At least four years of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Global service delivery reconciliation/posting experience required
• Strong working knowledge of cash reconciliation and posting
