Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Cash Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all payment posting processes to ensure financial accuracy
• Reconcile bank deposits with system records and resolve payment discrepancies
• Manage cash posting teams and establish internal controls for audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; relevant experience may substitute
• 8-10+ years of revenue cycle experience, focusing on payment posting and reconciliation
• Strong understanding of EOBs/ERAs and cash application processes
• Experience managing high-volume posting teams (onshore/offshore)
• Proven skills in reporting and process optimization
