Director of Category Management

Job Summary

Owning the strategic initiatives that drive acquisition, retention, and new-treatment launches, the full-time remote Director of Category Management will lead cross-functional teams to optimize P&L performance and enhance customer experience in a healthcare membership model.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives impacting acquisition, retention, and new-treatment launches
• Partner with growth and lifecycle teams to enhance customer engagement and retention
• Identify and launch new treatments and programs while ensuring a premium customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in category management, strategy & operations, or general management
• Proven track record of managing high-stakes initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes
• Experience in launching and scaling new products or programs
• Strong analytical and financial fluency
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or related background preferred
