Director of Category Management

Job Summary

Owning the initiatives that drive P&L across acquisition, retention, and new-treatment launches, the full-time remote Director of Category Management will lead cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and execute strategic growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives impacting P&L, including acquisition, retention, and new-treatment launches
• Partner with growth and lifecycle teams to improve conversion rates and retention across the customer funnel
• Manage the treatment development roadmap, prioritizing and launching new treatments and programs effectively

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in category management, strategy & operations, or general management with business accountability
• Proven track record of managing high-stakes initiatives or P&L with measurable outcomes
• Experience in launching and scaling new products or programs from inception to market
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and defend financial models
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant background preferred
