Director of Central Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader, the full-time Director of Central Operations will oversee operational coordination, systems governance, and program management across data center operations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of coordination for data center operations programs across all sites
• Establish and govern standards for incident management, crisis management, and continuous process improvement
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reporting frameworks to enhance operational visibility and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in data center operations or mission-critical environments
• Experience managing or administering CMMS and operational systems
• Strong understanding of facility maintenance, incident management, and uptime requirements
• Proficiency in data analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
