Director of Central Operations

Job Summary

Leading three interconnected programs focused on resident financial experiences, the full-time Director of Central Operations will manage collections outcomes, quality, and support processes while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set operating strategy and roadmap for Resident Performance, Default, and Housing Choice Voucher programs, aligning with enterprise goals
• Own the KPI framework to drive performance management and deliver actionable insights through performance reporting
• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-layer organization, fostering a performance culture and ensuring effective workforce planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Eight or more years of progressive operations experience, with at least four years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated ownership of collections, receivables, or comparable financial operations at scale
• Strong analytical capability with a proven track record of using data to drive measurable improvements
• Experience building KPI frameworks and operational controls from the ground up
