Director of Central Operations

Job Summary

Leading the financial experience for residents, the full-time Director of Central Operations will manage Resident Performance, Default, and the Housing Choice Voucher programs in a hybrid remote environment, focusing on collections outcomes, performance metrics, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Set operating strategy and roadmap for Resident Performance, Default, and HCV programs, aligning them with enterprise goals
• Own the KPI framework for all programs, leading performance management and root-cause analysis for gaps
• Drive collection rate and delinquency prevention initiatives, ensuring a positive resident experience while managing default operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Eight or more years of progressive operations experience, including at least four years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated ownership of collections or comparable financial operations at scale
• Strong analytical capability with experience in building KPI frameworks and operational controls
• Proven ability to lead change across teams and functions, influencing partners effectively
