Director of Centralized Intake

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Centralized Intake.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Ys to align practices and strategies across the Network
• Supervise the Customer Experience Team and lead the implementation of a Centralized Intake function
• Foster continuous quality improvement and ensure systems for delivering a high-quality customer experience are in place

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in partnership building with local YMCAs or community organizations
• Experience supervising and leading staff preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
