Job Summary

Leading the global technical certification and credentialing practice, the remote full-time Director of Certification Programs will advance the certification strategy, ensuring alignment with product adoption and customer outcomes while managing a team of instructional specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Own the certification and credentialing practice, defining the program roadmap and ensuring relevance and credibility
• Translate product capabilities into role-based certification pathways and maintain alignment with real-world implementation
• Strengthen certification pathways and optimize global delivery across partners and internal teams while maintaining quality standards

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in technical enablement, certification, or learning within enterprise software or cybersecurity
• Experience leading an established certification program
• Strong understanding of certification design and assessment strategy
• Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams
• Experience operating global programs and partner ecosystems
