Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Change Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the account change management strategy and align initiatives with transformation goals
• Translate business strategy into actionable change initiatives and analyze change impact
• Oversee internal communications strategy and develop narratives that clarify change and promote transparency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Organizational Change, Communications, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in change management or strategic communications within large-scale organizations
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate operations and service lines
• Training in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) preferred
• Proven success influencing stakeholders and leading decentralized teams in matrixed environments
