Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a consistent change management methodology
• Provide guidance to functional change management liaisons on stakeholder engagement techniques
• Conduct program-level impact analysis and collaborate on communication planning

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's with 7 years, or Bachelor's with 9 years of relevant experience
• Strong background in biopharma and change management
• 5+ years of cross-functional consulting and/or project management experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience in building strong relationships in cross-functional teams
