Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Change Management to lead change initiatives within their Managed Care business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to build support for change initiatives
• Design and deliver training programs to support employees in adapting to new processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in an agency or professional services environment
• 5-8 years of relevant consulting experience within the healthcare industry
• Proven experience in developing and implementing change management strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results
