Director of Change Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Change Management to lead organizational engagement and adoption for transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute change management strategies for business transformation and acquisition integrations
• Partner with executive leadership to align change initiatives with business goals
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA or related field) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation leadership
• Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise transformations
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior executives
