Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Change Management will develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance, partnering closely with executive leadership and program teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the organization's change management strategy, framework, and governance model
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and facilitate leadership alignment for change initiatives
- Assess organizational readiness and implement feedback loops for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in change management or organizational development roles
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives
- Deep knowledge of leading change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
