Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Change Management will develop and execute change strategies, partner with executive leaders, and oversee complex change initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of change management strategies to support organizational transformation
- Partner with executive leaders to design change approaches that align with business objectives and enhance employee experience
- Oversee cross-functional change initiatives, providing strategic direction to ensure successful adoption and outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Business Administration
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in change management or related fields
- 3+ years of experience advising executive leaders on organizational design and transformation
- Deep expertise in change management, organizational culture, and employee experience
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and complex projects within large organizations
