Director of Change Management

Job Summary

Driving the strategy for communications and change management, the full-time remote Director of Change Management will enable successful execution of transformational initiatives by fostering leadership engagement, stakeholder awareness, and organizational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to develop and implement change management strategies that align with enterprise transformation efforts
• Leads change management activities across multiple functions, ensuring sustained change and effective execution of transformational initiatives
• Drives the creation of end-to-end communications and best practices to support organizational change and development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, organizational development, communications, or a related field required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in change management required
• 5+ years of project management or communications experience, or a combination of both required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
