Director of Change Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of change strategy for an enterprise ERP transformation, the full-time remote Director of Change Strategy will ensure successful adoption across the organization while managing stakeholder engagement and behavior change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a holistic change readiness approach for the ERP transformation
• Drive change across complex, multi-stakeholder organizations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with implementation vendors, functional leaders, and executive stakeholders to facilitate effective change management

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in organizational change management or transformation leadership roles
• Proven experience leading change strategy for large-scale transformations in healthcare settings
• Deep expertise in established change methodologies such as Prosci (ADKAR) or Kotter's 8-Step Process
• Experience partnering with external implementation vendors and consulting firms
• Ability to adapt change frameworks to organizational context
