Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Channel & Alliances - West.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Partner Business Managers in the western region
• Establish and implement selection processes and performance management for alliance and channel partners
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure partners meet operational and customer satisfaction targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent
• 5+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of achieving quota
• 5+ years of experience leading channel or sales teams and achieving quota
• Experience utilizing third-party companies to achieve sales goals
