Director of Channel Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Channel Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support channel-driven revenue across new customer acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
• Operationalize channel programs and ensure alignment with revenue goals
• Own channel performance reporting and collaborate on forecasting and pipeline health

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations within a SaaS or technology environment
• Proven experience in supporting revenue growth through indirect/channels
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in building forecasts and KPIs
• Familiarity with CRM systems, PRM tools, and revenue operations processes
• Track record of partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership
