Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Channel and Vertical Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and launch a scalable partner program, including segmentation, onboarding, and compensation frameworks
  • Recruit and develop strategic referral and reseller partners while managing partner-sourced pipeline
  • Directly manage and coach vertical-focused Account Executives to drive territory planning and deal execution
Required Qualifications
  • 8 to 12 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise sales experience focused on revenue growth
  • Experience building or scaling a partner or channel sales program
  • Proven track record managing quota-carrying Account Executives
  • Experience leading new logo acquisition and expansion strategies within industry verticals
  • Strong analytical and process orientation with experience improving pipeline coverage
