Job Summary

To accelerate and scale the partner ecosystem, the full-time remote Director of Channel Sales will define and execute the channel go-to-market strategy, build and evolve the partner program, and lead a high-performing team to drive partner-sourced revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute Auvik's channel go-to-market strategy to drive scalable growth
  • Build and evolve the partner program to improve scalability, clarity, and engagement
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of partner managers
Required qualifications
  • Experience leading or scaling channel, partnerships, or indirect go-to-market motions within a SaaS environment
  • A track record of driving measurable revenue impact through partners
  • Strong understanding of MSP, VAR, and distribution models
  • Experience building or evolving partner programs to support growth and engagement
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams
