Job Summary
To accelerate and scale the partner ecosystem, the full-time remote Director of Channel Sales will define and execute the channel go-to-market strategy, build and evolve the partner program, and lead a high-performing team to drive partner-sourced revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute Auvik's channel go-to-market strategy to drive scalable growth
- Build and evolve the partner program to improve scalability, clarity, and engagement
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of partner managers
Required qualifications
- Experience leading or scaling channel, partnerships, or indirect go-to-market motions within a SaaS environment
- A track record of driving measurable revenue impact through partners
- Strong understanding of MSP, VAR, and distribution models
- Experience building or evolving partner programs to support growth and engagement
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams
