Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Worldwide Channel Sales Operations to lead partner-facing sales operations and drive growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the global forecast process and lead planning cycles for partner revenue and quota allocation
  • Oversee partner operations workflows and optimize PRM tools for improved productivity
  • Develop partner attribution models and provide insights on pipeline health and execution gaps
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years in Sales Operations or Channel Sales Operations within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of enhancing sales efficiency and operational consistency
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex data
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and PRM platforms
  • MBA or advanced degree in business or analytics is a plus
