Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Channel Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align partner ecosystem strategy with overall Go-to-Market objectives and manage the partner lifecycle processes
  • Oversee partner technology roadmap and ensure data strategy accuracy and compliance
  • Design incentive models and develop analytics for partner performance and ecosystem ROI
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Management, or a related Operations role
  • At least 7 years of experience with B2B partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
  • 12+ years of experience in strategic planning and process design preferred
  • Familiarity with compliance and governance in sales partner ecosystems preferred
