Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Channel Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Align partner ecosystem strategy with overall Go-to-Market objectives and manage the partner lifecycle processes
- Oversee partner technology roadmap and ensure data strategy accuracy and compliance
- Design incentive models and develop analytics for partner performance and ecosystem ROI
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- At least 10 years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Management, or a related Operations role
- At least 7 years of experience with B2B partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
- 12+ years of experience in strategic planning and process design preferred
- Familiarity with compliance and governance in sales partner ecosystems preferred
