Director of C&I GTM Strategy

Job Summary

To architect and accelerate transformation in enterprise software, the full-time remote Director of C&I GTM Strategy will manage partner strategy, revenue growth, and business model evolution while collaborating with leadership to drive new logo growth and co-innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operationalize co-innovation frameworks and partner business models
• Execute a breadth channel model to activate partner sellers and develop repeatable play packages
• Build and maintain C&I GTM strategic plans, driving execution excellence across the portfolio

Required qualifications

• 15+ years in partner strategy, business development, GTM, or management consulting, preferably with GSIs or large SIs
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority across a global organization
• Proven experience designing and operationalizing partner GTM models at scale
• Deep understanding of enterprise software go-to-market strategies and revenue levers
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
