Key Responsibilities

• Oversee first- and third-party injury claims through litigation
• Manage claims handling processes, including business planning and budget management
• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and provide guidance to team members

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience with personal lines automobile claims
• A minimum of 5 years managing third-party injury claims
• At least 7 years in a management role
• Experience in multiple jurisdictions
• Must be bondable
