Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial claims operations experience
• Previous experience leading a team is preferred
• Expertise in insurance terminology and claims handling processes
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• In-depth knowledge of property and casualty claims work types
