Job Summary

Leading field claims operations remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Claims Operations will oversee geographically dispersed teams, drive operational performance, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of field claims operations for a designated geographic region or line of business
• Develop and execute strategies to improve claim effectiveness and operational performance
• Foster a customer-focused culture while monitoring business performance and implementing corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive claims leadership experience within Property, Casualty, Auto, or related insurance disciplines
• Experience managing large operational teams and driving financial results
• Proven success in operational performance and process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
