A company is looking for a Director, Claims Process Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee continuous improvement of claims processing procedures and ensure compliance with established operations
  • Lead a team in optimizing claims process documentation and developing training for the claims department
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement claims system performance strategies and monitor compliance with industry regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 4+ years of equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations or a related field
  • 6+ years of leadership experience
  • 2+ years of experience in program management and/or process design or implementation
  • 3+ years of experience working at a health plan/payer
